Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a BI Developer to join the BI & Data Solutions Team. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, design scalable data warehouse and BI solutions, and empower stakeholders across the organization to make data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with partners to improve reporting accuracy, performance, and adoption of trusted BI products, driving innovation and measurable business value in a global payments environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

What you'll own

• Design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights, enabling faster, more informed business decisions across the organization.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in a complex business environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including Transact‑SQL (T‑SQL), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable data solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data challenges, recommend effective solutions and drive results independently.
• A collaborative and growth‑focused mindset with experience partnering with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and influencing positive change through data.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis, reporting and business insight generation.
• A track record of identifying process improvements and helping teams increase efficiency through automation, analytics or enhanced data capabilities.
