Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of evaluation experience (or 6 years with education).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; transcripts required.
• Two (2) years of experience in program evaluation or six years with education/experience mix.
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks (logic models, theories of change).
• Experience with data collection, analysis, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates logic models and theories of change.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a large evaluation program.
• Defines measurable outcomes for intervention programs.
• Designs surveys and tracking systems and leads data collection.
• Analyzes data and translates findings into actionable insights.
• Convenes staff and partners meetings and reports progress.
• Evaluates attainment of goals and recommends improvements.
• Applies evaluation methods, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and scientific communication.
• Prepares evaluation and research reports.
• Supervises and provides direction to staff.
• Provides training and technical assistance to partners.
