Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in program evaluation or 6 years with education.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates logic models and theories of change.
• Manages day-to-day details of evaluation projects.
• Defines measurable outcomes for programs studying youth violence and victim support.
• Designs surveys and tracking systems; leads data collection.
• Analyzes data and translates findings into insights.
• Reports progress and outcomes to PI and staff.
• Mentors staff and provides training to partners.
