Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience in workforce development, administrative services, or social services.
• Six years of full-time experience in any field plus three years in relevant workforce development, administrative services, or social services.
• A bachelor’s degree plus three years in workforce development, administrative services, or social services; or a master’s degree plus two years.

• Assist in developing standardized processes that lead toward continuous performance improvement and tailor training/technical assistance models to identified shortfalls.
• Assist with development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programs.
• Analyze information to develop data-driven solutions and inform decisions.
• Develop long-range plans, strategies and objectives for program information processing, reporting, tracking, and data integration.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver reports to local, state and federal government entities.
• Travel may be required.
