The position emphasizes creating daily and periodic reports, performing ad hoc analyses, data modeling, and collaboration with external vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, professional work environment.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day departmental operational support and prepare required reports daily/monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Prepare ad-hoc operational, inventory modeling, analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Interpret results using data aggregation and statistical techniques.
• Assist others on ad hoc analysis projects and respond to provider questions.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure program success and resolve issues.
