Job summary

Versant Health is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator in New Jersey to support project plans, documentation, and timelines. You will assist managers, coordinate meetings, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining stakeholder updates and logs across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers in the administration/coordination of assigned projects.
• Maintain project-related documentation: agendas, meeting minutes, change requests and any project related slide decks / documentation.
• Coordinate / Actively participate in and contribute to project meetings.
• Review project plans and schedule with the Manager to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Ensure stakeholders and clients are apprised of project deadlines.
• Support multiple projects directed toward strategic objectives.
• Utilize templates, dashboards, budgets and reporting as needed.
• Prepare statistical and management reports to document performance.
• Assist in travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
