Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or Business/Data Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience in data profiling and understanding data quality metrics.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and clearly document business requirements.
• Skilled in writing user stories and managing a product backlog.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Perform data profiling to validate data sources, structures, and quality.
• Write and execute basic SQL queries to support analysis and data validation.
• Identify and define key data points needed for reporting, analytics, and business processes.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in alignment with Agile best practices.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity on deliverables.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand‑ups to drive progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs and align with the product vision.
• Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
