Job summary

Raise the Future is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee data, technology, and ops initiatives. You will bridge programs, leadership, finance, and technical teams to ensure data systems and platforms support the organization's mission, reporting to the Director of Impact and Grants.

You'll manage software projects, coordinate vendors, oversee data transitions, build dashboards, and guide organizational change from planning through adoption, with a collaborative, mission-driven focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing technology, data, reporting, or business systems projects.
• Strong understanding of software implementation and process improvement.
• Experience managing software vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiar with nonprofit organizations.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards and set priorities.
• Promote data quality and consistent data management practices across teams.
• Translate organizational information needs into technology and analytics solutions.
• Support data governance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of business systems.
• Coordinate data migrations, system integrations, and transitions between technology platforms to ensure continuity of operations and data integrity.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and support to staff using organizational systems.
• Plan and oversee technology and data-related projects from initiation through implementation with leadership.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, testing, training, and change management activities.
