Job summary

Capco is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Dallas on a hybrid schedule to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with data, business, and technology teams to deliver data management and transformation initiatives.

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) and data analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.

• Support data-focused initiatives by working closely with data architects and analysts on solution design.

As a Technical Business Analyst at Capco, you will play a critical role in delivering data management and transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment across business, data, and technology teams. You will also support Agile delivery by managing backlogs, tracking progress, and contributing to solution design and implementation.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB is a plus) and data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience working on data management or data lineage projects
• Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and documentation
• Experience with process modeling, wireframes, or design documentation
