Resurgence Hall is seeking an Associate Teacher to support scholars with reading, math, and science instruction. The role involves implementing lessons in collaboration with the classroom teacher and maintaining detailed records across campus platforms.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of teaching or related leadership experience, with a strong commitment to under-resourced communities and a passion for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Preference for experience with under-resourced communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one, small group, or whole-class instruction in reading/language arts, mathematics, and/or science.
• Support designated scholars with interventions.
• Follow grade-level lesson plans aligned with Resurgence Hall frameworks.
• Foster a culture of joy and urgency with high expectations for scholars.
• Engage in weekly professional development and coaching.
• Maintain accurate records in school systems and platforms.
