Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality instruction and document student progress.
• Establish a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist in administering assessments and maintain testing integrity.
• Provide supervision during arrival, dismissal, and breaks.
• Deliver small-group and individualized instructional support.
• Prepare instructional materials and organize classroom resources.
• Participate in professional learning, coaching, and collaborative planning.
