Job summary

CREC Discovery Academy is seeking a Full-Time Associate Instructor to support individual and small-group instruction, manage classroom behavior, and complete various classroom tasks. They may provide targeted literacy or math interventions and may substitute when teachers are absent.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in education or related field; 2–5 years of experience with diverse primary-aged students in public schools is preferred.

Associate Instructors may also be called on to substitute when classroom teachers are absent.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in education or related field. Previous experience (2-5 years) working with a diverse population of primary-aged students within a public school is desired. The ability to work with others and to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers is also required. Early childhood certified applicants are encouraged to apply.
