Job summary

AMETEK Inc. in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across the division. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent while upholding AMETEK’s global recruiting model.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, candidate experience, and compliance with employment regulations. Experience with SuccessFactors and Excel is preferred; manufacturing recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred
• Experience supporting both hourly (direct labor) and professional roles
• Experience creating and analyzing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and hiring reports.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and reporting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and recruiting analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret recruiting data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Sourcing & Talent Attraction: develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent networks.
• Candidate Assessment & Experience: screen and evaluate candidates to defined criteria; coordinate structured interviews.
• Stakeholder Partnership: collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners; provide insights and recommendations.
• Process, Compliance & Analytics: manage requisitions in SuccessFactors; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Employer Branding: support AMETEK’s reputation as an employer of choice and represent the organization professionally.
• Recruiting Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze recruiting metrics; maintain data accuracy; develop dashboards and insights.
