Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner at its Suwanee, GA location to lead talent acquisition, training, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership on cultural alignment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Experience training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to comprehend and apply applicable laws and policies
• Ability to understand the organization’s hierarchy and compensation practices
• Occasional domestic travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director to drive talent acquisition, diversity, and development strategies
• Collaborate with management to drive cultural change and improve employee experience
• Utilize AMETEK standard processes and recruitment tools
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve morale and collaboration
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and appreciation events
• Assist in growth and training plans for high potential employees
• Resolve employee relations issues and coach managers
• Attend staff and KPI meetings regularly
• Manage NSI-MI training initiatives and annual compensation processes
• Oversee day-to-day HR responsibilities for the NSI-MI Technologies segment
• Perform additional duties to support the HR function
