Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets.
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems to research orders, inventory, purchasing, production, and related operational information.
• Ability to analyze customer demand, inventory, and supply information and make sound, data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to develop clear and useful reports for internal management and external customers.
• Ability to recognize trends, discrepancies, and potential problems within operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requirements, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; coordinate inquiries, orders, and program requirements.
• Review orders, forecasts, releases, and demand information for accuracy.
• Analyze current inventory, open demand, and projected inventory positions.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks; propose actions.
• Develop and maintain reports to monitor inventory and orders.
• Coordinate and communicate project timelines and progress.
