Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations).
• 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, estimating, or operations leadership.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
• Proven track record in negotiations and performance management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP platforms and costing/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing, estimating, and procurement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Partner with executives to set goals, cost reduction, and long-term supply strategies.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management.
