Job summary

HelloFresh in New York is seeking an Analyst, Supply Chain Planning to manage weekly menu planning tasks and drive strategic initiatives. You will use data to improve accuracy and efficiency, partnering with operational, product, and culinary stakeholders to ensure weekly success.

You will develop tools, dashboards, and metrics to monitor recipe database health, report weekly results, and support cross-functional communication across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, or another relevant field of study.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications (especially google sheets / google scripts). Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions.
• Experience delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Databricks, or Snowflake a significant plus.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and automation.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly tasks of menu planning, liaising with key operational, product, and culinary stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the operation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and interpret data for effective communication and project alignment.
• Manage weekly changes to processes to ensure efficient workstreams and preparation.
• Develop/improve tools and metrics to ensure recipe database health and improve reporting.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate team workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-informed improvements.
• Maintain and update tools using data from Snowflake, Databricks, and other sources for accurate data entry.
• Work on projects and new initiatives with broad company impact and leadership exposure.
