Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Analyst, Planning Excellence to transform data into actionable insights for Operations and Supply Chain. You will forecast trends, develop data-driven tools and reporting systems, and partner with stakeholders to enable real-time access across internal teams and 3PL sites.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in analytics, strong SQL and data visualization skills, and a passion for data-driven optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 1–3 years of analytical experience with reports, dashboards, models, and data visuals.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning: demand forecasting, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, forecast trends, and identify process improvements for Planning and Operations.
• Develop and maintain data tooling, datasets, and reporting systems for real-time access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership.
• Enhance data visibility with real-time dashboards and interactive platforms.
• Prepare concise reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
