About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Demand Planning & SCM Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing demand planning workflows, monitoring production schedules, and managing inventory depletion processes. You will collaborate closely with account teams, packaging planners, and international headquarters to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Order & Supply Management: Review weekly Handheld Products (HHP) PO SKU lists following GSCM 2nd MP updates. Communicate directly with account teams weekly to confirm and provide feedback to the Global Operation Center (GOC) and manufacturing facilities.
- Inbound & Production Tracking: Monitor daily production schedules and coordinate inbound shipment status for both Finished Goods (FG) and bulk shipments as planned, maintaining regular follow-up communications with international GOC teams in Suwon.
- Packaging & Allocation Alignment: Partner with the Packaging Planning team to ensure weekly packaging quantities align with the weekly PSOP. Coordinate closely with MPC packaging planning, Account teams, and Demand Fulfillment (DF) teams to hit weekly and monthly sell-in targets.
- Inventory Management & Aging Depletion: Track monthly Unavailable End of Hand (EOH) and aging depletion processes. Consolidate depletion plans across account teams and monitor progress via Credit Returns (CRN), Re-boxing (RB), and Scrap. Proactively drive the consumption of bulk (SM2/SM3) EOH prior to aging.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Review and update weekly RTF (Request-to-Fulfill) setback statuses, publishing reports detailing root causes to HQ. Provide weekly supply status updates for assigned product categories, contribute content for weekly SCM Day meetings, publish recurring reports, and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Special Projects: Support tracker management for new HHP launch planning, assist with upcoming AI-related supply chain initiatives, and provide team cross-coverage when necessary.
Qualifications & Necessary Skills
- Top Required Skills: Business Analysis, Korean Language Proficiency, Demand Planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, or business analysis.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred due to frequent communication with international headquarters.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis) and Microsoft Outlook. Experience or interest in AI-driven supply chain projects is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven capability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment to achieve operational goals.
