Job summary

Novelis is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst in Terre Haute, IN. You will support scheduling aligned with the S&OP plan in a 24x7 manufacturing environment, covering weekend shifts and data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking, with exposure to SAP, Quintiq, Power BI, and related supply chain tools. Eligible candidates should have an Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, BI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to manipulate, cleanse, and analyze large data sets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Automate reporting and build a BI environment to increase efficiency.
• Improve production scheduling processes with technology solutions.
• Update reports and KPI metrics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Assist with inventory activities and MDM requests for scheduling routings.
• Ensure SAP/ERP data accuracy and resolve transaction errors.
