Job summary

Novelis is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst for our Terre Haute, IN facility. You will collaborate across supply chain, operations and support teams to facilitate scheduling, analyze complex data, and develop strong visualizations to drive production goals.

Responsibilities include automating reports, improving scheduling processes with BI tools, maintaining KPI dashboards, and supporting inventory and MRP data integrity. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Office, database and BI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organization levels.
• Initiative and ability to build proactive cross‑functional relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Convert reports into a BI environment to automate work and improve efficiency.
• Improve production scheduling processes and automate manual tasks.
• Review capacity with operations leadership to ensure alignment.
• Create and update monthly performance reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Support inventory activities, reconciliations, and MRP data upkeep.
• Maintain SAP, LANATS, Visual 8, MIS system knowledge and fix errors.
