Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; APICS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP system required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience in warehousing, picking, and packing operations.
• Materials Management and Master Data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, coordinating product deliveries to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the weekly Production and Shipping Schedule.
• Facilitate planning meetings, communicate priorities and risks, and drive accountability.
• Oversee the flow of information, documentation, and materials for manufacturing and release activities.
• Monitor production progress and address issues impacting supply continuity, inventory, or service.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners to align schedules with demand.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align plans with priorities and customer demand.
• Maintain planning processes and SOPs for batch creation, material consumption, inventory, and shipments.
• Ensure accurate system execution for products at FPG and 3rd-party sites.
• Manage planning and scheduling for 3rd-party packaging, including batch creation and inventory movements.
