Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum two years working with students in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, holistic, student-centered support to students facing challenges.
• Conduct early intervention and coordinate resources for individualized support.
• Collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to identify barriers to success.
• Serve as a key member of UMA's student success network and CARE Team.
• Use data-informed practices to improve student outcomes, engagement, retention, and graduation rates.
• Manage student intervention systems and track outcomes.
• Identify trends and develop targeted persistence initiatives.
• Liaise among academic and student support departments for timely assistance.
