To further strengthen the university's student success infrastructure, Augusta University will establish a new position: Assistant Vice President for Student Success and Retention. This portfolio will provide leadership for the university's student success strategy, assessment, data-informed decision-making, and student support operations. The following units will transition to this new division:
Bringing these areas together will strengthen the university's ability to coordinate student support services, leverage analytics to identify opportunities for intervention, evaluate the effectiveness of student success initiatives, and implement evidence-based strategies that improve retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited College or University.
5-7 years of progressively responsible higher education leadership experience.
Demonstrated success increasing retention and graduation rates. Expertise in predictive analytics, student success technologies, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.

Shift: Days; M-F (Work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B17
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
