Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in space management or related field.
• Experience with data reporting and occupancy analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Air Force space needs, ensuring mission requirements are addressed.
• Coordinates Air Force tenant move-ins and move-outs with facilities managers.
• Prepares reports on current and projected space requirements for leadership.
• Creates Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations for reporting.
• Maintains occupancy planning data and supports project activities as needed.
• Analyzes data to identify gaps and prioritize program needs.
• Provides data and reporting to Air Force leadership.
