Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Digital Engagement and Transformation team. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven insights for brokerage clients and associates, partnering with product, technology, and analytics teams.

You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements, help refine backlogs, and measure outcomes to drive digital improvements.
