Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Principal Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will work with portfolio managers, program managers, and analysts to define analytical approaches, translate requirements into outputs, and drive data-driven decisions across large initiatives.
You will craft use cases, support UAT, and contribute to product documentation while focusing on data interpretation and KPIs to identify improvements and reduce risk.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or MIS.
- Five+ years of related experience; Financial Services preferred.
- Experience on large complex initiatives.
- Proficiency in investment instruments and financial markets.
- Experience with data analysis, use cases, testing, and documentation.
Mansioni
- Lead initiatives interfacing between end users, product management, and systems.
- Translate requirements into actionable outputs and KPIs.
- Support user acceptance testing and extend product documentation.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to leverage data for insights.
- Communicate clearly to influence stakeholders and mitigate risk.
