Land O'Lakes is seeking talented finance students with strong leadership potential to join our summer internship program. As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions through strategic projects and assignments with tangible business impact. Interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful responsibilities that contribute to business objectives while building foundational finance and analytical skills. This internship is designed to provide real-world finance experience and exposure to key areas of financial planning and analysis in a dynamic business environment.
