Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports for management and stakeholders.
• Compile, validate, and consolidate data from multiple internal systems for accuracy.
• Maintain reporting trackers and dashboards to keep data organized.
• Support KPI monitoring and performance tracking across functions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely data submissions.
• Perform reconciliations for revenue, commissions, and key metrics.
• Ensure adherence to reporting standards, timelines, and confidentiality.
• Support audits and reporting automation initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Escalate data inconsistencies and gaps to stakeholders.
