Base Pay Range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

1. Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI and Excel. Build ETL processes and optimize data models for efficiency. Automate report generation and distribution.
2. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze structured and unstructured data, perform root cause analysis, and apply NLP techniques for sentiment analysis where applicable.
3. Platform Administration: Support MarTech & CXTech platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud by managing user roles and permissions.
4. Process Improvement & CX Initiatives: Use data insights to identify customer pain points, collaborate across teams to implement VoC programs, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement dashboards.
