Job summary

ANS is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role you will support day-to-day operational activities across the organization, collect and maintain data, monitor team inputs, and help ensure accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–4+ years in project operations, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, strong data skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset to improve workflows and drive operational excellence at ANS.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in project operations or technical coordination in engineering or energy.
• Experience supporting data management, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tracking, scheduling, and status reporting of engineering deliverables across disciplines.
• Review submittal packages for accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction.
• Collect, organize, and maintain technical data and supporting documentation.
• Serve as liaison between Project Management and engineering teams to align workstreams.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and help improve workflows.
