Job summary

Emergent Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support the regulatory reporting function under supervision.

The role uses data manipulation and analytical skills to improve data quality and scalability, collaborating with the Data and Analytics team to define new data requirements and ensure reporting frameworks meet department needs. The Analyst will document reporting goals, develop data resources, and create monitoring tools and reports, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Data analysis experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
• Continuous learning encouraged and certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document reporting goals, needs, and requirements with stakeholders.
• Define data requirements for regulatory reporting and coordinate with Actuarial Data Team to ensure data availability.
• Troubleshoot regulatory data reporting impacts with process owners and propose solutions.
• Develop repeatable data flows and processing steps using enterprise data sources and BI tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of processes and workflows.
