Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 3+ years of business experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and SQL skills for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support divisional strategic initiatives through data analysis, business case development, and performance measurement.
• Lead or support operational performance reviews with data collection and root-cause analysis.
• Manage recurring monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and presentations.
