Job summary

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; familiarity with Python/SQL and advanced Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SF market expertise to identify trends in economy, industry, and CRE.
• Monitor leasing, tenant movements, developments, sales, and ownership changes.
• Present market insights and forecasts to clients and internal teams.
• Produce quarterly SF market performance reports using JLL AI tools.
• Validate data across sources and document methodologies.
• Analyze data workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences through visuals.
