City Thrift in Jacksonville is seeking a Production Manager to oversee thrift store production in our back-of-store warehouse space. You will lead a team, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach staff. Retail thrift knowledge is a plus, with healthcare benefits and generous employee discounts offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle the physical requirements of the job including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed.
• Oversee production quotas and quality control for merchandise going to sales floor and export.
• Rotate and cross-train employees so they can perform multiple roles as needed.
