Job summary

ONICON Incorporated is seeking a Production Supervisor in Largo, FL to lead a 40+ person manufacturing team. You will drive data-informed decisions to improve throughput, quality, and cost, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role blends hands-on leadership with analytics, requiring strong skills in reporting, dashboards, and cross‑functional collaboration to support operations, sales, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/operations with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP/MIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production personnel to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Set shift-level plans with KPIs and targets.
• Analyze production data to improve throughput and reduce downtime.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Plan daily production scheduling and resource allocation.
