Job summary

Futures Training Center, based in Corona, CA, seeks two full-time Player Skill Development Coaches, specializing in infield and hitting instruction. You will execute training plans, track athlete progress with biomechanics and data tools, and lead sessions to advance hitting, infield, and catching skills.

Proficiency with Hittrax, Trackman and Proteus is required; familiarity with Google Workspace and Canva is a plus. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Former collegiate or professional coaching experience preferred.
• Former collegiate or professional playing experience preferred.
• Hitting & Catching experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs implemented by Coordinator.
• Ensure data capture and accurate reporting.
• Lead or assist skill sessions.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment.
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Attend staff meetings and present at staff meetings.
• Assist with programming Skill Sessions.
