Job summary

Futures Training Center in Corona, CA is seeking a Sports Performance Coach to lead strength, speed, and mobility sessions for baseball and softball athletes. You will conduct athlete testing, help develop training programs, and ensure accurate data capture in a dynamic facility.

A CSCS certification is preferred, baseball background required, and prior experience coaching athletes is essential; former collegiate or professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or exercise science (or comparable).
• NSCA CSCS certification or willingness to attain within 6 months.
• Baseball background required.
• Experience coaching athletes.
• Former collegiate or professional athlete encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength, speed, and mobility sessions.
• Conduct athlete testing and data capture.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment.
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Assist in programming of strength and speed sessions.
• Attend and present at staff meetings.
