Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Paid Social, Affiliate, and supporting channels from strategy to execution onsite in Carlsbad, California.

You will collaborate with eCommerce, finance, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals, optimize ROAS, CAC, and revenue, and drive customer acquisition through data-driven experimentation and creative testing.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience using Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and scale Paid Social and Affiliate programmes.
• Develop strategies across Paid Social and Affiliate while supporting Paid Search and SEO.
• Own audience strategy, campaign structure, and placement mix for acquisition/retargeting.
• Manage daily/monthly budget pacing and optimise spend against ROAS and revenue targets.
• Lead paid social creative testing and translate results into briefs for the creative team.
• Provide ongoing channel reporting and update marketing dashboards with KPIs.
