Job summary

Ardagh Group in Sapulpa, OK seeks a Process Improvement Manager to drive rapid, data-based improvements across the plant. You will coach teams, lead projects, and push a culture of continuous improvement to elevate KPIs.

You will become the plant data expert, analyze sources, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while partnering with operations to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Five years of experience using improvement methods and tools.
• Self-motivated with strong process improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in analytical software (e.g., JMP or Minitab).

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the plant.
• Identify and pursue improvement opportunities for KPIs.
• Become the plant expert on relevant data sources and analyses.
