Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to lead plant-wide initiatives that boost productivity and efficiency. You will partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to translate data into actionable roadmaps and sustained improvements.

The role requires building on enterprise CI methodologies and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at a PepsiCo facility.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or relevant degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Track-record of effectively managing projects (Scope, Budget & Schedule) to complete multiple, time sensitive and competing priorities with minimum guidance.
• Ability to cross-functionally partner with and influence/inspire key decision makers in the organization.
• Ability to lead and drive an agenda through the organization to deliver results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels internally and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide process improvement projects across the plant.
• Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives aligned with plant and business goals.
• Serve as primary plant contact for strategic projects and productivity improvements.
• Act as the plant point for enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Strategic Projects, Productivity Leaders, Sustainability teams, and plant leadership.
• Perform loss analysis using standard manufacturing and CI tools.
• Develop and execute large projects to close performance and loss gaps.
• Translate data into clear improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Support operations to meet service, flexibility, and efficiency targets.
• Provide insights to improve reliability and throughput.
