Job summary

OneBridge Benefits seeks a Participant Support Specialist to maintain accurate participant records, process carrier applications, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms supporting HRAs, FSAs, HSAs, and ICHRA.

You will collaborate with the Participant Experience team to troubleshoot data issues, streamline workflows, and drive improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-office duties in Buffalo, NY.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar back-end operations.
• Proven track record of handling large data sets with precision and speed.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and common workplace platforms.
