Job description

Bridge Pointe is seeking a Support Coordinator to join our Administrative Services and Structured Settlements teams. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, detail-driven environment supporting custodial accounts and structured settlement operations.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate administration of client accounts, coordination of settlement activity, and delivery of responsive service to internal and external partners. The Support Coordinator works closely with carriers, attorneys, internal teams, and members to manage documentation, track financial activity, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of Bridge Pointe custodial accounts and structured settlements
  • Preparing and tracking settlement quotes, premiums, and payment schedules
  • Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready
  • Coordinating incoming documentation, including emails, faxes, and returned mail, and uploading to internal systems
  • Generating regulatory and client correspondence, including notifications, letters, and account communications
  • Reviewing legal and financial documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting referral intake, service quoting, and case setup activities
  • Monitoring timelines for payments, policy issuance, and settlement milestones to ensure timely execution
  • Responding to member, provider, and partner inquiries while delivering high-quality customer service

This role is structured as a shared function supporting both Administrative Services and Structured Settlements teams and requires a high level of organization, precision, and accountability.

Qualifications and profile:
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with high-volume documentation in a regulated environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office systems
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy preferred
  • Experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or claims environments is beneficial
  • Exposure to workers’ compensation, medical billing/coding, or structured settlements is a plus
