Job summary

ShopBack in Austin, TX is seeking a Paid Marketing Analyst to join the US Marketing team. You will own the numbers behind paid social and paid search campaigns — building the reporting, running the tests, and surfacing the insights that tell us what’s working and why — and use those insights to directly shape and produce the ad creative itself.

You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing and Local Marketing teams in the US.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance/growth marketing, or similar data-driven function.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Experience analyzing paid social and/or paid search data (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Ability to translate data into clear, decision-ready narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) and producing/editing ad creative.

Responsibilities

• Own performance reporting and dashboards across paid social and paid search (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Analyze campaign- and creative-level metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and run structured A/B tests with proper design and statistics.
• Pull and model data from ad platforms and internal sources to automate recurring reporting.
• Partner with US Marketing teams to turn findings into budget allocation and channel strategy recommendations.
