You will test, analyze, and surface insights that influence creative direction and budget decisions. Collaborate with Performance and Local Marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve ROAS.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and data storytelling abilities.
• Experience analyzing paid social and/or paid search data.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own performance reporting and dashboards across paid social/search platforms.
• Analyze metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and run structured A/B tests with sound read-outs.
• Pull and model data from ad platforms to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to shape budget allocation and strategy.
• Design and edit ad creative using data-driven briefs.
