Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Communicates clearly and concisely with cross-functional team members at all levels (verbal and written).
• Ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve a common goal.
• Ability to self-identify problems and implement solutions through collaboration with leaders across the organization.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand format.
• Able to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong sense of organization, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes and independently identify inefficiencies, determining and implementing strategic improvements in partnership with cross functional leadership.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and drive cost savings, prioritizing discretion, approach and execution of solutions.
• Direct and conduct complex compliance investigations, determining root causes, accessing risk, and making recommendations that influence business decisions and corrective actions across Servicing.
• Develop and deliver training strategies and programs that address process gaps, improve team effectiveness and support business objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and partnership, influencing leaders and teams to adopt best practices that enhances both internal and external customer experiences.
