Job summary

Zing Green Safety Products is seeking a Procurement & Operations Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, logistics, and production planning. You will use data to identify opportunities, negotiate with suppliers, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost‑effective materials and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing ops.
• Proficiency in Excel and large datasets with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day purchasing and procurement; monitor pricing, lead times, service, quality, and performance.
• Develop purchasing strategies based on demand, inventory, lead times, and business needs.
• Own inventory planning and replenishment; analyze turns, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Oversee inbound logistics, shipments, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead production planning and forecasting; coordinate with purchasing and inventory availability.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement across procurement and operations.
• Mentor and develop procurement and operations team members; align priorities across departments.
