Job summary

You will compile data, analyze operations, develop procedures, and present reports to guide policy changes and performance improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a related field required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support management in evaluating and improving production workflows and processes.
• Support projects to enhance efficiency of procedures, controls, and performance.
• Compile and analyze data to identify and resolve business problems.
• Utilize reporting systems; participate in testing and suggest improvements.
• Provide status updates to leadership on projects and issues.
• Communicate policy changes to achieve project objectives; document procedures.
• Create and present reports to display operational data and drive changes.
• Support internal departments and external entities with information and training.
• Participate in special projects or workgroups as assigned.
