Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field; doctorate preferred.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania Principal Certification.
• Five or more years in public education with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of standards-based curricula and school administration.
• Satisfactory background checks and ability to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates educational, administrative, and counseling activities to improve student achievement.
• Lead data-driven decisions by analyzing key metrics and communicating with stakeholders.
• Supervise staff, set performance expectations, and foster an inclusive work environment.
