Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Doral is seeking a dedicated Middle/High School Math Teacher to deliver rigorous math instruction across middle and high school. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, differentiation, and collaboration with a supportive STEM department.

You will engage students to build confidence in math, promote problem-solving skills, and contribute to a growth-focused school culture while dedicating 40+ hours per week at the campus and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• Active Florida State Teaching Certification in Mathematics (Grades 5-9 or 6-12).
• Experience teaching middle/high school math preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned math lessons from middle school to high school level.
• Differentiate instruction and provide tutoring to close learning gaps.
• Analyze student performance data and adjust instruction weekly.
• Maintain gradebook and uphold behavior management system.
• Engage families with weekly progress updates and collaborate with the school community.
